346 Davenport is a new condominium development by Freed Developments and Trolleybus Urban Development Inc. coming soon to 346 Davenport Road in Toronto, Ontario. It is a proposed residential development consisting of a 10 storeys contemporary building with 35 luxurious suites designed by RAW Design. Sales for available units start from the $800,000's.
346 Davenport Condos is a joint venture between Freed Developments and Trolleybus Urban Development Inc. To begin with, Freed Developments is an award-winning design-based developer known for constructing projects within the Entertainment District. They are based in Toronto and have grown from a team of one to over 650 employees in many of their different departments. Freed Developments will soon have a billion dollars worth in developments. The 346 Davenport Condominiums will be designed by Toronto-based and award-winning architectural studio RAW Design.
